Cobra Axles Limited Warranty Statement

Subject to the conditions stated herein, Cobra Axles LLC (“COBRA AXLES”) warrants to purchasers of all complete axles ("Products") HD, King Cobra Level I, and King Cobra Level II - that the Products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship and shall conform to Cobra Axles specifications under normal use and proper maintenance for the warranty periods described in the "Limited Warranty Periods" section below. This warranty extends to Cobra Axles direct customers and Authorized dealers.

Cobra Axles assumes no responsibility for the selection of any Product for a specific application in which we do not recommend due to axle angles, tire size, lockers, and/or other specifications of your machines modifications.

Coverage

If any Product fails to comply with this warranty during the applicable warranty period, Cobra Axles shall repair and/or replace the Product as provided below. All repaired and replacement Products shall be warranted hereunder for the unexpired portion of the original warranty period.

In all cases Cobra Axles shall make the final determination as to the appropriate coverage for any warranty claim.

Ripped and/or torn boots are not covered.

Limited Warranty Exclusions

The following scenarios may prevent full coverage of axle repairs under Cobra Axles’s limited warranty:

Riding with a torn boot
Stripping the threads on the outer joint
Damages caused by improper boot installation (when not performed by Cobra Axles technicians)
Failed suspension components-THIS INCLUDES LOCKED UP PORTALS.
Bent bars with OUT twisted splines

Limited Warranty Period

The Product warranty period is One Year from the date of sale to direct customer and/or Authorized dealers.

Limited Warranty Procedure

The Product must be returned to Cobra Axles in person and/or shipped (at the customer/authorized dealers expense) for inspection by a Cobra Axles Technician. When shipping an axle please include: Your Name, Phone number, and return address.

If Cobra Axles determines that damages are not covered under the limited Warranty, the axle may be evaluated for free and repairs will be recommended. Any repairs for damages not covered by the limited Warranty will be at your own expense.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer/ authorized dealer on all warranty claims or repair requests. Under no circumstances do we warranty cv boots.

Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

COBRA AXLES OBLIGATIONS AND PURCHASER’S COVERAGE HEREIN ARE LIMITED TO THE REPAIRS AND/OR REPLACEMENTS DESCRIBED ABOVE AND COBRA AXLES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR MACHINE, MACHINE COMPONENTS, OR BODILY INJURY DURING USE OF OUR PRODUCTS.
