King Cobra Level 3 axles are the strongest rear axles available for Defenders. The inboard CV of the Defender measures approximately 1" where it connects to the differential, while our Level 3 axle bars measure 1.15". As a result, the weakest point becomes the connection at the differential. To mitigate this potential issue, we’ve constructed the entire inner cup from 300M steel for maximum strength and durability.
